Position Overview: 

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our retail store. Your role will encompass team leadership, sales management, customer service, and maintaining the store's overall success. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage a team of retail associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback 
  • Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment for the team 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals 
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by fostering a customer-focused culture among staff members 
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and oversee product ordering and replenishment 
  • Plan and execute visually appealing store displays and merchandising strategies 
  • Collaborate with upper management to establish and implement operational policies and procedures

Horticulturist | Sales Team Member 

POSITION SUMMARY: 

As part of the Green team, you are expected to engage with people and with customers deeply, peers and guests on all horticulture and related matters including educative.
