Shipping

1. What shipping methods do you offer?

We have partnered with multiple reliable couriers to ensure the prompt and secure delivery of your products, right to your doorstep. Our primary courier service is Australia Post, which enables us to provide efficient shipping options for regular orders.

For bulk items or larger shipments, we have our own dedicated delivery service. This allows us to handle bulk deliveries and ensure that your items are delivered safely and efficiently.

Please note that the specific shipping methods available may vary based on your location and the products you've chosen. During the checkout process, you will be presented with the available shipping options, along with their respective costs and estimated delivery times.

2. Do you ship nationally within Australia?

We ship to every Australian state and territory, except for Western Australia. We are unfortunately unable to offer shipping to Western Australia at this time.

3. Do you offer Same-Day-Delivery?

Currently, we do not provide Same-Day-Delivery service. However, we are excited to announce that we will be launching this option in the near future. We understand the importance of fast delivery for our customers, and we are actively working on implementing this service to better meet your needs. Stay tuned!

Gift Cards

1. What gift cards do you offer?

Online and in-store gift cards are exclusively valid for use via the respective retail stores, Gro Urban Oasis and Eden Gardens Macquarie Park. Please note, gift cards are not redeemable at The Gardens Restaurant and Terrace Bar.

While we currently do not offer ‘in-store’ gift cards for purchase online, we will happily exchange an online gift card for an ‘in-store’ gift card if you prefer to redeem them in person. During your visit in-store, simply present the online gift card to our team and they will gladly assist you with the exchange.

Alternatively, in-store gift cards can be purchased in-store.

2. How long are they valid for?

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft, or damage, or if an incorrect email address is provided by the customer. Online and in-store retail gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Any remaining balance on the card can be used for future online purchases.

3. What is the return and exchange policy?

All transactions made with retail gift cards are considered final and no refunds or returns will be issued (consumer guarantee rights apply). Gro Urban Oasis reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

4. What are the terms?

By purchasing a gift card, the cardholder agrees to adhere to all terms and conditions as outlined in the above points.

Updating Your Orders

1. How do I update or cancel my order?

We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly as possible, and we strive to hustle and serve you promptly. Once your order is placed, making changes can be challenging, but if you act swiftly during our business hours, a timely phone call can work wonders. Reach us at (02) 9491 9900.

While we do respond to emails, please be aware that they may experience some lag in response time. For the fastest and most efficient communication, we encourage you to give us a call. Our team will be more than happy to assist you and provide the swiftest response to your queries or requests.

2. Can I change my shipping address?

If you've made an error with your shipping details, please don't hesitate to contact us via phone call at (02) 9491 9900 or if you prefer, email us with your order number and the new shipping address you'd like us to use. The more information you provide, the quicker we can attempt to update your shipping information.

While we always strive to process orders promptly, there are instances where we may not be able to modify your shipping address if the order has already been processed or shipped.

In the event that your order has already been shipped, we will take the initiative to reach out to the shipping carrier on your behalf. Our aim is to have your package intercepted and redirected to the correct address, ensuring a smooth delivery process.

3. Will my orders be saved in the cart aftering exiting the page?

At Gro Urban Oasis, we ensure a convenient shopping experience for our customers. When you add items to your shopping cart, the cart data is locally stored on your device. This means that even if you close your browser or leave the website, the items in your cart will be retained. You can return to your shopping cart at any time, and the state of your cart will remain unchanged.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. What is your return and exchange policy?

In-Store Returns Policy
Products may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in sellable condition. No return or refund will be issued for discounted and clearance items. Consumer guarantee rights still apply.

Online Return and Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an online purchase, and we are here to accommodate your needs. We offer a refund or exchange on most items purchased on Gro Urban Oasis website within 30 days of the original purchase date.


Please note, return shipping for change of mind is at the customers expense, Gro Urban Oasis will not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process of your online order, please ensure that the item meets our Online Returns & Refunds Policy criteria:

- The items were purchased online via our Gro Urban Oasis website
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date (or by the end of January for items bought in November or December).
- The items are in their original condition and have not been worn.
- The items are not part of our clearance or discounted items category.
- The items are not listed as exclusions in our Returns Policy.
- You can provide acceptable proof of purchase for the items.

2. When can I expect my refund?

We are committed to ensuring a hassle-free refund process for our valued customers. Once your refund query has been approved, we will promptly initiate the refund back to the original method of payment you used for your purchase.

After processing the refund on our end, you will receive an email notification from Gro Urban Oasis, confirming the successful completion of the refund transaction. Please note that it may take approximately 1-2 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the account associated with the card used during the initial transaction.

Refunds will be actioned once returned goods are received and they have meet our return criteria.

3. I took the tags off, can I still return it?

No, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items if the original tags have been removed. This policy helps ensure the quality and integrity of our products.

4. I ordered a product online, can I return in-store due to a change of mind?

If a customer decides to return goods in-store, we either offer them a) a store credit, or b) an exchange. In order to get a refund for an online purchase, you can do so by emailing orders@gro-urbanoasis.com.au

5. Do you accept returns on plants?

At Eden Gardens and Gro Urban Oasis, we stand behind the quality of our products and plants and provide a two-week guarantee on plants. If a plant deteriorates or dies within this period, and you have followed the care instructions, we will replace it.

Afterpay

1. What is Afterpay?

Afterpay allows you to purchase from online store and pay later in 4 easy interest-free instalments.

2. How Does Afterpay work?

To pay with Afterpay:

> Add your items to the cart
> Select Afterpay as the payment option at the checkout
> Signup or use your existing Afterpay account
> Once approved, will despatch your order

3. Is there any interest on the amount paid?

No, there is no interest payable by you

4. Is there an order limit?

Yes, the maximum purchase amount using Afterpay on is $50.

6. How often is repayment?

Afterpay offers your order to be paid in 4 instalments with repayment automatically occuring every 2 weeks.

7. How do I sign-up for Afterpay?

Select Afterpay as a payment method (or visit the website).You can register as you complete your purchase.

8. How do returns work with Afterpay?

Merchants will be able to initiate all eligible refunds on your behalf. Once completed, your refund will be applied to your order.

9. Does Afterpay charge interest?

There is no interest payable by you if you place an order using Afterpay.

10. Can I place an Afterpay order with you over the phone?

Afterpay is available as an online payment method and requires login credentials for authorisation. Our team members or merchants are unable to place an order on your behalf.

1. Do you have student discounts?

2. Can I use multiple disocunt codes?

Unfortunately, we can only accept one discount code per transaction. We understand that using multiple codes can be tempting, but our system is designed to process only one discount code at a time. 3. I forgot to use my discount code. Can I still apply it to my order?

We understand how frustrating it can be to forget to apply a discount code to your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes retrospectively to completed orders. However, you can still use the same discount code for a different order, as long as it is used before the expiration date.
