Hop into an empty bath. Once sitting down, open the jar and stir well. Apply the scrub from head to toe. Whilst still sitting, run your bath and let the oils, salts and magnesium work their magic. After 20 minutes of soaking hop out of the bath, gently pat dry and massage remaining oils into your skin.
This product must always be used while seated.
