The crescent shaped fruit is native to Australia and Caviar Lime trees can be found growing in sub-tropical rainforests on the East Coast.

In the kitchen and at the bar our star is better known as Finger Lime but that sounded too lewd for beauty. Whatever the moniker it's a local hero with creds worth singing (in the shower) about.
